Stop starting over. Start building something that lasts.

THE REP COLLECTIVE

Coaching-led strength training for women who are ready to commit to themselves — properly.

Does this sound familiar?

You know you should be training consistently but life keeps getting in the way and you keep losing ground. You've tried programs before but without accountability they fall apart after week two. You're not sure if you're doing the right things in the right order. And you're tired of feeling like you're figuring this out alone.

That's not a motivation problem. That's a structure problem.

What The Rep Collective actually is

This is not a challenge. It's not a class. It's not a PDF you download and forget about.

It's a coached environment where you train with structure, check in daily, and have someone in your corner who actually knows what they're doing. Every cycle. Every week.

What changes when you're inside it

You stop guessing and start progressing. You get a clear training program — gym and home sessions — so you always know exactly what to do and why. No random workouts. No starting from scratch.

You have accountability that actually works. Daily check-ins track your sleep, steps, and weight. Saturday morning check-ins with Zoe keep you honest and on track. You're not white-knuckling consistency on your own anymore.

You understand your nutrition without obsessing over it. You get personalised calorie and macro targets built around your body and your life. Not a generic plan. Yours.

You have access to a coach without the price of private training. Direct access to Zoe — her expertise, her eyes on your progress, her feedback when you need it. A small group environment means you're never anonymous.

"Honest, direct and deeply supportive. Zoe's approach is realistic and holistic — not quick fixes or perfection. She reminds you that showing up honestly matters more than doing it perfectly. I'm stronger, more aware, and genuinely confident I'm on the right path." - JENNY

"3 sessions done. Food going pretty well — focusing on protein every meal and eating all my planned meals. I'm feeling really good. A great reminder that when I do all the good stuff it's not a coincidence that I feel good!" - GAB

“Training going well. Last 2 weeks have done 3 strength sessions per week. Also, set goal of at least 7000 steps a day.
Will take on board your suggestions regarding increasing weights etc.
I actually like the tracking, works for me, as keeps me accountable and motivated to stick with it.” - MELISSA

Next cycle starts 9 May.

You want structure, accountability, and coaching that actually moves you forward. You value strength over aesthetics — though you're fine with both. You're done stopping and starting. You respect coaching and you're ready to commit to yourself.

You don't need to be advanced. You just need to be ready.

This is for you if…

This is not for you if…

You're looking for a quick fix or a short-term challenge. You want motivation without structure. You're not ready to show up consistently.

Common questions

Do I need a gym membership? No. The program includes both gym and home workouts. You can train entirely from home, entirely in the gym, or a mix of both.

What if I fall behind or have a difficult week? That's what the check-ins are for. Life happens. The program is built for real life, not perfect conditions. Zoe's job is to help you keep going, not judge you for being human.

How is this different from private coaching? Private coaching means weekly individualised programming and direct 1:1 access at a higher price point. The Rep Collective is a small group environment — same expertise, same accountability structure, different format and price.

When does the next cycle start? 9 May. Spots are limited to keep the group small and the coaching quality high.
